Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of QC concepts and practices
• Learn and operate a variety of technologies and instruments used in the service department
• Work flexible hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour service environment
• Handle simple projects independently, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Shadow the field team to gain practical experience and insights

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Medical Sciences (NQF 6) or equivalent Medical Sciences degree or BTECH in Medical Sciences or equivalent (NQF 7) 2 years’ experience in laboratory practices in Chemistry/Immunology or Haematology or Coagulation or Serology or Hospital point of care would be advantageous but not a requirement
